All of our training sessions are instructor-led and include extensive participant materials. We believe in training that respects individual adult learning styles, promotes skills and knowledge acquisition, and encourages hands-on practice and reinforcement.

Depending on client interest, we use a number of assessment tools including Myers Briggs Type Indicator (individual, team and career-oriented MBTI tools), DISC, and Parker Team Player. Our instructors are both certified and experienced in using these tools.

Our training programs can be scheduled from a half day to five days, depending on client requirements.

Virtual Training

As we all adjust to the new normal brought about by the novel coronavirus, we realize that many things about how we work may have changed – including your training plans. To ensure that we can continue to meet the new “normal,” we are changing as well.

To meet your needs, and those of your employees while we all shelter in place and practice social distancing, we have invested in webinar technology. We selected Zoom which seems to be the easiest for users and compatible across multiple operating systems and security levels. We can handle registration, webinar invitations distribution of materials, and of course, delivery of outstanding content!

The virtual format also offers the opportunity for us to change the courses themselves. If you prefer that we break up a day of training into shorter blocks (2-3 hours at a time over the course of a couple of weeks, for example), that is also doable and has the added advantage of not taking participants away from their regular work for the whole day.

With over 37 videos and numerous learning activities, participants will have the opportunity to identify accomplishments, draft a qualifications summary and gain valuable information and tools on preparing for a federal job from applying to interviewing and beyond. You’ll even be able to quiz yourself to see what you learned!

This course will teach you everything you need to know from explaining the entire process, going over the different kinds of senior positions, what you need to quality, what your executive profile should look like, using the right language, sub-competencies, technical qualifications, the five Executive Core Qualifications, how ECQs are scored, and much more!
